Adelaide Cleaning Company ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and store it, and the choices you have.

We are an Australian business operating from Unit 3/68 Robsart Street, Parkside SA 5063.

1. What we collect

When you request a quote through this website, we collect only what we need to price and schedule your clean:

• Your name — so we know who we're speaking to.
• Your phone number — our primary way of returning your quote.
• Your suburb — to confirm you're inside our service area.
• Your email address (optional) — an alternative way to send your quote.
• Details about the job — the service you selected, number of bedrooms, and anything you tell us in the notes field.

Advertising and analytics information

Because this page may be reached from a Google Ads advertisement, our form also records technical marketing information alongside your enquiry: the campaign, ad group and keyword that brought you here (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) and Google's click identifiers (gclid, wbraid, gbraid).

This tells us which advertising is working. It does not identify you personally on its own, and we do not use it to build a profile about you.

We may also use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use this page in aggregate. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

2. What we do not collect

We do not ask for and do not want your credit card details, bank details, date of birth, government identifiers, or any sensitive information as defined by the Privacy Act 1988. Please do not send these through the website form.

• prepare and send you a quote;
• arrange, confirm and carry out your clean;
• contact you about your booking, including reminders and follow-up;
• respond to questions or complaints;
• measure which advertising generates genuine enquiries; and
• meet our legal and tax obligations.

If you ask us for a quote and decide not to proceed, we will not add you to a marketing list without your consent.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We do not trade or rent it. We share it only with:

• Our own cleaners and staff, so they can find and complete your job;
• Service providers who operate our systems — our website and form host (Netlify), and our email and scheduling tools — who process the data on our instructions;
• Advertising and analytics platforms (Google) in aggregate form; and
• Anyone we are legally required to disclose to, such as a court or regulator.

Some of these providers store data on servers outside Australia. Where that is the case, we take reasonable steps to ensure the information remains protected to a comparable standard.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet our legal obligations — generally up to seven years for records connected to work performed and invoiced. Enquiries that do not turn into a booking are removed sooner. [CLIENT TO VERIFY]

6. How we protect it

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored in access-controlled systems. Access is limited to people who need it to do their job. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

7. Cookies

This landing page does not set advertising cookies of its own. Where Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager are enabled, they may set cookies to measure site usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the quote form will still work.

8. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
• delete your information, where we are not required to keep it; or
• stop contacting you.
