How much does house cleaning cost in Adelaide?
Our regular cleans start at $120 for a 1–2 bedroom home, $175 for a 3 bedroom and $250+ for 4 bedrooms and up. Deep cleans start at $250 and end-of-lease cleans at $280.
What moves the price is size, how long it's been since the last clean, and any extras like inside the oven or carpet steam cleaning. We confirm the exact figure before we start — you'll never get an invoice bigger than the quote.
Do I need to be home while you clean?
No. Plenty of our customers are at work. You can leave a key, give us a lockbox code, or let us in and head out — whatever you're comfortable with. Every cleaner is police-checked and we're fully insured [CLIENT TO VERIFY], and we'll message you when we're done.
Are your cleaners police-checked and insured?
Yes to both [CLIENT TO VERIFY]. Every cleaner passes a police check and reference check, and completes training before their first job. We carry insurance covering the work we do in your home. If you'd like to see the paperwork before booking, just ask — we'll send it through.
Do I need to supply products or equipment?
Nothing at all. We bring professional-grade products, cloths, mops and vacuums with us. Our products are non-toxic and safe around children and pets. If you'd prefer we use something specific of your own — a particular floor product, say — just leave it out and let us know.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. There are no lock-in contracts on recurring cleans. Book a one-off if you just want to try us, and move to fortnightly later if you like the result. You can pause, change the frequency of, or stop a recurring clean at any time — just give us reasonable notice so we can free up the slot.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean whatever wasn't right, free. That's our satisfaction guarantee and it applies to every job, not just your first one. And if we ever turn up late, we extend your clean at no extra charge.
Will I actually get my bond back?
We clean end-of-lease properties to real-estate inspection standard and back it with a bond-back guarantee [CLIENT TO VERIFY]. Our most detailed Google review is exactly this job — Pragyan received their full bond back with no issues.
Worth knowing: a bond clean covers cleaning only. If your agent flags damage, wear and tear, or the garden, that sits outside any cleaner's guarantee. Tell us your inspection date when you enquire and we'll work backwards from it.
How quickly can you come out?
We'll confirm your quote and available times within 2 business hours [CLIENT TO VERIFY]. Availability depends on the week, but end-of-lease jobs with a hard inspection date get priority — mention the date in your enquiry and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. Weekend cleans can be arranged by prior booking.
